Seriously do my suggestions on prepping turkey it's amazing. Sucks I'm going to Va and family having a oven turkey. Nothing is the same once you deep fry it. Measure with water how much to put oil in prior to cooking. Mark the inside of the fryer a line to fill up to. If not you'll put the turkey in and oil will pour over the side onto the flame.
I'm not gonna do creole, its gonna be me and a bunch of Mexicans they won't take kindly to creole...
No flame, electric fryer
