Worst right now is a tie between Seth Meyers and James Cordon with Jimmy Fallon just slightly above them. Right now, not that I really watch late night anymore since Craig Ferguson left, I'd say the one I enjoy the most is Jimmy Kimmel if I had to pick one.
I'm one that other than chuckling at some of the Top 10 lists, I loathed David Letterman. Jay Leno wasn't bad but some of his schtick seemed really forced but did enjoy it when he did his headlines bit. Conan O'Brien is a guy I liked as a teenager and when I was in college but the older I got, the less I've liked him.

Graham Norton. I love the format. James Cordon has a similar format. The Brits do it right. Bring all the guests out at once and interview them. Those stupid 5 minute interviews are a waste of my time. The same with 30 minute opening before getting to guests.
