I picked West, but I think East is the most balanced division. I said West because I think it is the best division.

Agree with everyone else so far. Hard not to pick the division with 3 playoff teams. Plus the Chargers and the Broncos are both better this year than last year.

I say the AFC West but this upcoming season will disagree. I think the chiefs take a step back and the NFC West will beat the AFC west pretty soundly throughout the season.

I just don't see any other division that makes me think they are strong. The colts are going to run the AFC south until texans find a QB. The North is in a state of flux with the ravens and steelers replacing lost and aging talent. That combined with the Bengals not quite able to make the turn makes them more mediocre. The East is turning into a perennial shit bowl. Every step the dolphins, Jets, and Bills take forward is followed by a quick step back. The Patriots had one of the worst teams they have had in like a decade and still won the division by week 14.

I would absolutely listen to arguments that the AFC North will have the 4th best #1 team, but from top to bottom I think the AFCN regains it's status as best AFC division this year.

Last year it was the AFC West. This year I think it will be the AFC North but its between those two.

Hands down the West last year. Not this year. I think all 3 playoff teams take steps backwards from last year. Broncos get #3seed.

North has tough division battles as always and two playoff teams.

With Cleveland winning the next Superbowl now that they have Manziel, how can anyone not pick AFCN?

Definitely not with you on this one. The Chiefs - Yes. Chargers and Broncos should both be better.

1) Broncos - added DeMarcus Ware; Aquib Talib; and Emmauel Sanders. They will be better, not worse.
2) Chargers - brought back basically everyone. Only real weakness last year was pass defense. So we added the best ball skills corner in the draft (Verrett), and just signed a Pro-Bowler in Brandon Flowers. Chargers will be better.

I always knew you had a softspot for the AFCN...

Definitely. One of the most physical divisions in the NFL regardless of how well each team is doing. Predictions... I think the AFCN is going to be led by the Steelers & Ravens again like usual. Bengals are going to give it one more shot this year at being competitive then they are going to drop off again. Mark my words!

Last year the AFC North's #1 team was beaten at home outta the playoffs, by the AFC West's #3 team.

That's the past... Offseason optimism dictates change! lol

The Bengals are choke artists so it's hard to base an opinion off of last season... More so Dalton is a choke artist. Everyone knew they were going to lose.

Steelers will be back in playoff contention this year, probably a wild carder but still more promising than in '13. Bengals will be in the mix as well. If the Ravens get their act together then I could see 3 teams from the AFCN in the playoffs this year.

I think the Jags and Colts both win 10+ next year.

Actually all the teams in that division could make some noise. That's no more far fetched as saying the Steelers and Ravens bounce back in 2014. I think both those teams will bounce back, but 2014 is just a bit early IMO.

Like I said... Steelers will likely be a wild carder. I'm predicting 10 wins. I'm trying to temper my expectations because of all of the new blood in the locker room, but things are looking up for years to come.

Well I for one would welcome a come back of the black and blue division. I loved watching them when the Steelers, Ravens, and Jags( way back when the Jags played hard nose football) would beat the snot out each other. That's my kind of football.
