The Bengals are coming to Foxboro Sunday for the Patriots final home game before the Bye. Then it's on to Pittsburgh and then Buffalo.

If the Patriots take away AJ Green, the Bengals don't have any answer. The offensive line is makeshift and is having a horrible time blocking for the running backs. They're not doing real well pass blocking either.

The defensive line against the Cowboys got pushed around with ease. The holes that were open were large enough to drive a FedEx truck through. Elliot ran through for a 60 yard TD in the third quarter and literally was not touched.

The score was 28-0 and the Bengals basically scored in garbage time.

So who are the Bengals. They are 2-3. They've beaten the Jets and the Dolphins, the two 1-4 teams in the AFC East. They've lost against Pittsburgh, Denver and Dallas, three teams with winning records.

If the Pats can keep the ball away from Green and continue to play against the run like have in their first five game, this one could be another win.

I see this as a win. Not taking Cincy lightly they just don't seem to have it. Combine that with TBs return to Foxboro. I like the Pats by two scores at least.

Cincy seems to have taken a step back since last year, but I wouldn't take them lightly and I doubt BB will let his boys do the same.

I hope.

Bengals fan here....

The Bengals are a mess. They look nothing like the team that they were last year, even though most of the parts are the same. They're simply not doing anything particularly well. They beat a really crappy Dolphins team and barely squeaked by the Jets.

They're the type of team that would normally make me nervous if I were rooting against them... Simply because you'd figure that one of these weeks things would click. But for now, I'm starting to get the sense that 2016 is just different than the other years and maybe it's never going to click this year.

Unless New England is sloppy this week, I expect this to be a 2 or 3 score win for the Patriots.

Who will have a bigger game? Gronk or Bennett?

What's the word on Hogan?

Not to rub it in, but I predicted the Bengals (and CAR) would take a step back...I just thought the changes in OC would finally catch up to them...also the WRs they lost and of course Eifert has to be a blow....that may not be the case, but I watched the Steeler game and DAL game...they looked far worse against DAL....What's up with Hill? Per carry avg is not bad, but less than 50 yds a gm.

I think NE wins this game, but I agree CIN is the type team that is scary to play because you never know when it will click.

Word on WEEI this noon, Cyrus Jones will not be returning kick offs or punts this week. Amenedola and Edelman are reported to be back doing the dirty deeds.

Damn why can't NE find a returner beside those two?

Now NE just needs to take care of their business. Well that and not allow BB to have a brain dump during the final few games.

I'd rather see BB try Jonathan Jones as a return specialist. He has great speed (4.33 in the 40) and we wouldn't have to hold our breath each time Edelman or Dola fields a punt. Don't know how good his hands are, but it's worth a shot.

The best thing about playing the Bengals? It's a local game here! I get to watch HiDef instead of a crappy stream!

The Patriots placed LB Jonathan Freeny (shoulder) and TE Greg Scruggs (knee) on injured reserve, and promoted DE Geneo Grissom and DT Anthony Johnson from the practice squad. Grissom should help mostly on special teams, where Freeny made his primary contributions. Meanwhile, Johnson showed a knack in training camp and preseason for providing an interior pass rush.

Streaming is good! I get to watch the 49ers and raiders here in California.....
I'm going to stream this week's Pats game.....
I usually get stuck with the Colts, and stream the Pats. Streaming is OK, until it freezes up right when the Pats snap the ball....
