It's an absolute miracle this game is tied going into the half. The Steelers tried to hand it to us...we refused to take it and run with it. So typical. So tiring.

Only a simple minded kool-aide drinking fool could spin some optimism into this lousy franchise. There literally is no hope. It's got a good major accident "rubber necking" kinda feel to it, though. It's so bad you can't look away. It's extremely entertaining to me in a fucked up sort of way. It's the Cincinnati way really.

This is going to get ugly. Had we stopped the 2 point conversion I think we'd come out tough in the 2nd half. As it stands, I'm guessing we put out a lackluster effort in the third quarter and enter the 4th down by 10.

BTW - I'm not trying to be an asshole about it.... We just suck in the 3rd quarter and we're fragile when teams jump on us. The Steelers are getting ready to make it rain.

I watch because I am a fan. But if you are encouraged by anything we have done in a 3rd quarter this season, I have to know why..... Please tell me why I should have faith here? The Steelers aren't very good and they could easily be beat - We had them where we wanted them and we let it slip.

It's time to grow up, Tubbs. We watch the games because we are fans of Cincinnati. We were born here. We live here. We watched them as children. Now, as adults, we should be able to take a step back and see them for what they really are...AND still be fans. I'm sorry this concept escapes you.
