I definitely disagree. An undefeated Clemson would have wins over UGA, South Carolina, FSU, and the ACC CG, they would get the nod over any one loss team including the SEC.

Clemson is third in the pecking order as of now.

1. Undefeated SEC
2. Oregon/Stanford
3. Clemson.

Clemson isn't going undefeated. Only teams I see going undefeated are Ohio State, Alabama, Oregon. But a 1 loss Oregon jumps undefeated Ohio State.

That's fair but I think an undefeated Clemson will have a strong case with the computers with the wins you mentioned above.

They will have a great case if it's them going up against Ohio State. Stanford and Oregon will have just as good as wins and Oregon will not get jumped unless they lose. It will be too close in the computers and Oregon would have the huge edge of being ahead in the human polls.

Did you just happen to forget about UF who was ranked 3rd? It would have been Bama vs. Florida. Florida had a pretty comfortable lead for 3rd over Oregon, and that was with Oregon being 3rd in both human polls
