What game are you watching....he's put it in tight windows to his TE's all night...and when he's had time he puts it on his guys...albiet a little late sometimes...but that's mostly inexperience, not lack of talent

Hasn't he only thrown for something like 60 yards and no TDs? He threw a pick or two as well. Nope. now I se that he has thrown for 200 yards. Better than I thought.

He has a 50 yard pass in the game and the pick was from a DL on a push up the middle. He's not polished, that's for sure, but I don't think you should expect a guy playing in his 6th or 7th game to look like a HOF'er...unless of course you're RTK

He's ok...with young guys like that, you can't be too critical about the stats, I'd pay attention to more of the details like do they put the ball in catchable spots, do they not try to do too much, are they in control of themself and the offense as a whole, and lastly, do they have the talent and ability to play the position. I'd say he does. I cannot however say that I trust the coaching staff he plays for the put him in good positions to make plays and help him understand how to make those plays. He'll be ok if the current regime doesn't wreck him.
