Gives us some flexibility in trade negotiations as well. If we gave that pick to Cincy for Dalton and they agreed to eat a portion of his 2020 salary. I would be pretty happy.

For Carr, it would take a little more most likely. This would help, though.

I honestly think that - from a raw numbers perspective? Pace gets most of his decisions right. It's just that he's blown some VERY big ones.

Completely agree. I like Pace. Every GM makes mistakes.

He definitely has done more good than bad. But he's done bad in some really bad ways and at the most crucial position on the team.
