If you asked me last week if I thought the Lions were ripe for the picking, I would have responded with a big "hell yeah baby"! That's because I thought they'd be overconfident after winning 4 games in a row and 7 out of their last 8. But I'm afraid that huge, unexpected ass kicking they received by Carolina woke them up, so they won't be taking jack squat for granted. I think they're going to be fired up in trying to hang in the playoff race.

Bears need to draft a QB. Fields is not the answer.

not ready to give up on Fields just yet. His legs gives him more rope to eventually develop into a good passer. But if we do have the #1 overall it could be tempting to trade Fields and draft the #1 QB overall. Fun to hypothesize.

Our future qb has everything he needs........3rd option wrs,an oline that can run block and has our qb run for his life.......what more do you think he needs.....

I know what we need,we need to get Anderson or Carter with the no.2 pick,and we are on our way to the SB next season.........Defense wins championships you know........

Oh,and the Bears would be a playoff geam if we had Dallass def........

You realize you can draft the best pass rusher available with your first pick and still upgrade the offense, right?

Not sure why everyone thinks the only draft pick that matters is the first one.

The Bears need to upgrade both sides of the ball this offseason and need both free agency and the draft to do so.

Arguing with side of the ball needs to be upgraded is fucking stupid when both sides suck.

Our front 7 are atrocious. The front 4 is the worst I've watched in a loooong time. The D-line has to be a priority. Got some good young players in the secondary, but that front 7...yikes, they are godawful.

Why trade down and pass on one of the two big front 7 pieces sitting there that you can build a defense around?

There are a couple generational type talents there that can flip your defense in one offseason if they are as good as expected.
