I'll feel bad for Bill right up until he signs a pact with the Devil in Mr. Jones (Jerry) and takes Dallas to three straight SB wins with a Big Bird Flip to Robert.

LOL He and Jerry would constantly be bumping head.

Jerry: "God Dammit Bill we need to improve the offense"

Bill: " You're really missing the boat on this, we cannot compete without an elite defense.

those two would be a perfect match to watch post games … but I don’t think there’s any nfl success left in BB

i remember Bill giving an interview many years ago, maybe 15, about where he might coach if he ever left the Patriots. He said that the military acadamies appealed to him because his dad was a military football coach. I think the Navy. But i guess Bill forgot about all that.

I was hoping for him to coach Nantucket high school football.
I mean he has a house there.

Are you familiar with the man from Nantucket?

The Naval Academy would be a great place for him

Nah, I feel bad because he fell so far so fast from the top … i don’t disagree with that … jes sayin’

Just my opinion but a guy like BB doesn't "fall" anywhere. He will always be on the mountaintop of greatness.

Honestly, he should go coach high school or peewee IMO. He obviously doesn't need the money. He can simply do it for the kids and the joy of it.

And Belichick keeps hearing the sneer in the darkness and knows it's Shula. And BB says back to the voice, "I only need fifteen to finally close your casket."

I'd say 6 in a salary cap ere already closed the casket on 3 before the salary cap era. Not to mention Shula was pretty darn good. Insecure Belicheat comment aside, why the need to be "the absolute best ever" when "amongst the best" works fine?
