Both could win the conference undefeated, and both can score 100.

I cannot think of a more fun game to watch.

Unfortunately an undefeated Baylor does not jump an unbeaten Ohio State.

Oregon will run all over Ohio State. IMO - Baylor would be a track meet that I want front row seats to see

I can not think of a less appealing game. See Washington vs Baylor for how awful of a game it would be.

Um, except Oregon has a much much better defense than UW had in that game. No chance Baylor runs up 30+ on that defense IMO.

Still waiting for Oregon's defense to be truly tested. Need to see Oregon in a big game before I can agree. I know they will have a better defense than Washington had that season, but I need to see a little more from both teams before I can adequately judge either team. I know Oregon is solid and so is Baylor, but how good are they when competing against another complete football team? Only time will tell.

I'll leave the lobbying for Oregon to one of the many zero heads on these boards, but I've seen their defense up close and personal for years and while human, they are far better than what UW had under Holt. Hell just about everyone in the conference is better than that shit storm.

Baylor is flat out scary!!! They could have scored 100 tonight if they really wanted to - against the team that just beat oklahoma state.

I know the powers that be will never let it happen but it's a fun semi plausible thing to consider.

It's unreal how good Baylor is. That Thursday night game at their place scares the shit out of me.

After four games, Baylor is averaging 750 yards per game.

Throwing for 444 yards per game.

Scoring 70 points per game.

Their next three games are Kansas State(2-3), Iowa State(1-3), and Kansas(2-2). The statistics won't be going down.

My guess, Texas BUYS Art Briles at the end of the season. Ken Starr will file a lawsuit, but then Texas gives Ken Starr an extra $20,000,000 and he is happy.

No doubt Oregon is for real and possibly/probably the best team in the country. Just not sure about Baylor, although they sure are exciting...just haven't played a quality team yet. It certainly would be a fun game to watch. That said, IMO most of football fans would LOVE to see Oregon beat up an SEC team to seal the deal.

More than likely Art Briles is going to Mississippi St since Dan Mullen could be gone at the end of the season.
