We don't have any talent at linebacker or either of the lines. Steinkuler Meridith Compton have been starting games for 3 years and not a one has done shit. We have walk on's up and down the o-line.....we do have 3 cotton kids on scholly though......we edged out Ohio in a recruitIng battle for their services.

Pelini seems to hate recruiting. Do you think he takes it serious? I don't care how good a coach you are if you dont have the talent. Saban at Michigan st was the same coach that he is at alabama. Nebraska looks so slow on the defensive side of the ball and 3/5 of our starting o-line are/were walk on's. Where is the talent?

I have my doubts that all 3 of those kids would have had scholarships at Nebraska if Barney was not their dad. This staff just doesn't take many in state kids and how do you know there wasn't a more talented kid that didn't get offered because they offered cotton's kid? Walk on's are starting on the o-line ahead of jake. Why weren't they offered right out of highschool?
He's got to go in my opinion. There was zero adjustment to UCLA's defensive pressure in the the 2nd half.
