Really tough break. By far, their best player. Rumor has it, they are talking to DeVante Freeman but they aren't replacing Saquon, imo.
I have to wonder if them or the other team that plays in the Meadowlands gets the first pick next season and what they do with it.
Giants season over?
Na.. Danny Dimes got this.
Probably make a playoff run this year.
Not with that turnover machine
I agree but I don't even like taking most of the WRs early. I see a lot of good value in the 2nd and 3rd rounds and even deeper in the draft. Better to build the trenches and get talent on defense early on, imo.Feel sorry for the kid but this is exactly why you don't need to take a RB early in the NFL draft. First off, even with a successful one, you either might not resign him bc of money demands and/or production by even great RB's their prime doesn't last that long. Barkley might never be the same. I would take a WR early more than a RB.
He kicked out the future hall of famer... So he's at least a hall of fame talent..
Now he can earn it like Eli earned it over the years... Doing it with little to shitty talent..
Danny Dimes did make 10 consecutive starts before not being able to take the field... Which almost matches Eli's 210 consecutive starts, 2nd longest in NFL history and he was available to play in that game!!
Eli was overrated, a winner but he's overrated. Danny Dimes is overrated. Hey look, they have that in common too!
He's done, stick a fork in him.
Eh, over-ER, yesGiants season over?
Personally I wouldn’t go early on a wr and take the risk with a rb. I think you should take a rb cuz you use them more and rely on them more play in and play out as oppose to a wr. Yes a wr u can use for every pass play and can tear apart a defense. But an explosive RB can tear a defense a part both on running plays and you can put them out as a wr and they can hurt you there too.Feel sorry for the kid but this is exactly why you don't need to take a RB early in the NFL draft. When Danny Dimes gets to be top 10 in career TD passing yards and TD's in the NFL to ever walk the earth...
We'll call him overrated then..
