For those not aware, these have been added to Netflix.

I'm working through Pacific now. BoB to follow.
If you haven’t seen them, this is the smart way to view them. Pacific can’t compare to BoB, but it is still good.

Can confirm. I had seen BoB but hadn't seen Pacific yet. It's good. But not BoB good.

BOB is the greatest miniseries of all time
I take it 1 further.

I say it is the greatest project ever put on “film”. No movie is better. No show is better. No podcast is better. No ANYTHING is better.

Curious if the "Mighty Eighth" or whatever they are calling the new series will be on par. I think it will, as my beef with "The Pacific" was it was less cohesive as it dealt with too many different units and individuals.

I don’t think it is possible to create something as amazing from today’s film makers in today’s culture.

I hope I am wrong, and maybe I am, but I just don’t see it.

This show came up in discussion in the PF of another forum. I realized I hadn’t watched it in a while, so I decided it will be my next binge project. I hope to get to it in the next few weeks.
