Detroit actually was set up pretty well....even if they lost 3-2.


If they simply lost, they did not have to burn through the bullpen.


But this comedy of errors and horrible defense is tossing that out the window.

Boy has this game gotten away from Detroit in a hurry! Shows that for tomorrow's game, we need to make Verlander work and get him out of there early so we can get to this bullpen again and hopefully go to Detroit up 2-0.

Baltimore starters can usually go only 5-6 innings...but they have shut down set-up guys.
I dont think anyone can touch the baltimore 6,7,8 inning setup dudes.

Good point, and, as an addition, a key part of the game, earlier when the bases were loaded with 2 outs, was when Tori grounded out. He has been Mr. Unreliable in those situations so many times before. To me, he is Mr. Worthless, especially for a guy that wants so bad to win a championship, but he himself doesn't do a damn thing to make it happen.
