Hopefully we can land Garza and some kind of OF bat. I guess we still have Berkman and Baker close to coming off the DL and we have Manny in the minors, but that doesn't seem like it will be enough to me. I think we have the resources to pull off a trade for both a pitcher and a bat. Whatever happens though, it better not wait until the end of the deadline to happen- we need help now

Baker is already back and the majority of deals don't happen until the deadline.

Yes he should. And I don't like the idea of outfield for him. I don't know he doesn't get me excited when he plays there

Yes he should. I'm not sure it's a confidence issue. His approach needs work. The problem is, I'd certainly rather have his bat in the order than Murphy's.

That said, he needs to go work on some things. The kid is still a stud, but he doesn't have it together upstairs yet.

That's because his value stems from him being a potentially elite MIF. As an OF he's average at best.

AJ still too high in the order. Elvis has a good game last night and how does wash reward him? By moving him to 7th. Not saying Elvis is out of his funk, but there's just no rhyme or reason to any of this crap. I'm so sick of having an imbicile pullin the strings on this team.

Profar hitting in #2 Spot is strange. Logically Elvis or Martin would be a better choice. Drawing straws has become Wash's choice of deciding the line ups. Hate losing games because of inadequate decision making.

Yeah, it doesn't make sense putting a guy who has been in a funk in the 2 hole. Even if he has a great game it still makes no sense.
