We lose to Colorado, and the officials will be out at full force under Beebees pockets. The media/big 12 then gets to laugh at us and say "you choked the big 12 north in your final year" along with "you left because you can't beat Texas."

Does anyone else see this happening? I could see penaltys lop sided in this game about 3 or 4 to 1 in Colorados favor. Just going to go out on a limb now and say we could get royally fucked this last game of the season...

If Watson's game plan is like last weeks, YES!!!!!!!! This game comes down to 2 things. 1. Playcalling 2. Player execution. Plain and simple.

Except Colorados strength on defense is against the rush. If we are going to be able to give Burkhead and Helu opportunity we need to have a passing game.
Let our D hold them to field goals and let Green open up and be the hero. Our line is not strong enough or consistent enough to pound it down their throats all day and I don't think we can win playing conservative. We have to have a passing game. I think Green can do it though we will have a few picks. The question is will our receivers catch them. If they can than our line will make some holes and we will see some big plays.

If not it will be a long day.

I really have no idea what to expect from Nebraska's offense this week. They could score anywhere from 3 to 40 points tomorrow. I've lost ALL confidence in that side of the ball's ability to keep from beating themselves on any given week. I spent last season attributing their ineptness to an "offense in transition". Now in the last week of yet another regular season I see the same stuff. It doesn't matter what type of offense a team runs if they can't get the basic fundamentals of football down. Limit the penalties and turnovers, line up properly etc..

I can only hope the defense plays up to their potential, pitches a shutout, and puts some points on the board.
