I said some things about the coaching staff. I don't think they lost the game. They gave Dallas some short fields but I think there were two punts in the entire game. One on each side. There was little D played in the game.

The one play I really didn't like was the wildcat. I liked it even less with JReed in there. I know, easy to say now.

I also agree with those who feel the coaching staff needs to get the red zone issues figured out.

The Redskins won aspects of the game but did not make enough plays to win the game and the final score is all that matters. Give Dallas their due.
As I posted above, the only real issue i have with the coaching staff is in the Red Zone. There is just nothing creative happening there.

Why? Why not blame the defense for giving up on the coaching staff. They didn't earn the right to be trusted. Why not give your STs a chance to make a play? Do you honestly believe that the defense could have stopped them if they started on the 25 instead of the 50? If so, why?

better chance than an onside kick. Even if they held them to a FG. What about the 2 point conversation calls. There was no need of it. Didn't earn the right to be trusted? They won 4 games for us this year.

Go back and watch the onside kick. It would have worked if on Cowboy hadn't made a hell Uvalde play.

Dallas scored on 80% of their possessions...surprise onside kicks work 60% of the time..
Facts elude you as usual

Are you sure about that. Might want to check your facts. The success rate of Onside kicks against teams not expecting it is way higher that the percentage of times our defense stopped dallas from scoring today (Advanced Football Analytics (formerly Advanced NFL Stats): Onside Kicks).
They didn't win any game against a team that was manhandling them like the got manhandled today. Sorry, completely different situation.

Game situations elude you as usual. Way too much time left to pull that bullshit. Let Dallas earn it with a long drive and hope your defense makes a play. Don't give the game away with 6 minutes left to go.

The Browns had over 200 yards rushing against us and the defense found a way to get a turnover. Gruden puts the game on the line down by 5 with 6 minutes left to go. Sorry, I have a problem with that.

Thats not what you said. You said that the probability of our defense stopping them was greater. Facts prove you wrong. Now you say there was too much time. Wrong again. IF dallas started their drive from the 25 and drove down the field, which probability said they would, they would have eaten up atleast 5 minutes. we needed 2 scores. they would have essentially closed us out on that drive.

What turnover was going to happen? Talk about giving up. Now you are just praying. How many INTs has Dak had this season? Did he even come close to throwing one today? They would have run the ball right at your boy Ziggy at 5+ yards a clip and driven down the field. Game over.

You don't know that we could of held them to a Fg and be down by 8. Once possession. Even Cowboy fans admit it was a dumb call. The 2 point plays, the 55 Fg attempt, and now the onside kick play. This is not even mentioning the redzone disasters.

Game situations are based on percentages. You would be bitching about Gruden had the defense gave up a 6 minute drive because he kicked deep...which was more likely. Again...how back and watch the onside kick. Dude ran from 3 or 4 spots over to recover it in front of Escobar.

You never know. You are speculating. im saying they got a turnover from the Browns example. Make Dallas earn it on a huge drive not a short field. Its a slap in the face in the defense with the game on the line.

Oh, if a cowboy fan said it was stupid then it must be. So this is where you get your "facts". Dean, seriously, you need to just chill.

No I wouldn't . Dallas would of earned the win if they went down a scored a TD on that drive from the 25 yardline.

I listened to Gruden's postgame. He said they got a look they wanted. The guy the ball was kicked closest too was sort of bailing out. It was the 50 something guy that dove into that vacant space to recover the ball. There is merit in what these guys are saying about the success rate at that time of the game. Not to mention our D only stopped Dallas once.

I'm speculating??? What is your total argument based on? Speculation that our defense could stop them. I atleast I used real facts. The fact is that an onside kick has a greater chance of success than our defense stopping then cowboys from scoring. Those are facts. Something that you had no idea about until just a few minutes ago. Your total argument was based on speculation and a cowboy fan's opinion.

There was no reason to do the onside kick. the ball bounced right in the dallas players arms. It was a body catch.

My argument is Gruden gave up on his defense with 6 minutes left to go.

Actually, I'm upset we lost, but I'm not pissed at anyone. I saw some great fight in this team. Reed, Crowder, Cousins, and the OL fought their hearts out. We just lost to a more complete team at this time. That is it.

I thought it was an easy recovery for the dallas guy. The ball bounced right between his numbers.
