Julio gives us a run and now Julio gives them a run. A ball of his glove for a homer...lol

I wouldn't call it remarkable. He floated back and had it bounce of the glove.

Polanco has been so impressive this year. I didn't think it was possible.

That’s a catch that 90% of centerfielders make, in that exact scenario

Would’ve been a great looking play on SportsCenter yes absolutely

Was there anything super difficult or spectacular about making that catch it look fairly routine to me get back to the fence and jump 6 inches and catch the ball at the yellow stripe at the top of the wall

Mr. All pro strikes again

It’s not gonna matter now, though the Yankees have gone home run crazy and lead 7 to 2 which means this game is over

gotta win the next 2 or it's going to be a very slippery slope akin to last year.

I watched it just long enough to see Stanton sitting in the first row. I knew nothing good was coming from that.

I don't see them winning more than 1 out of the next 5.

They don't have starting pitching to complete at this level. Woo is doing good, but they have issues with everyone else.

They can beat mid level and lower teams, but can't compete at the top.

Woo hasn't had a really bad start yet and he's been able to go to finish at least 6 innings in every start so far.

I feel like he's due to get lit up. Will hate if it's against the Yanks, but seems a bit inevitable.

This could be really ugly.

You know Servais is looking forward to Seattle coming down to San Diego next series. Pads have looked fantastic.

Yeah I don't expect Woo to win tonight because he's up against a really tough pitcher.

Maybe Evans can sneak out a win? Maybe one of Castillo, Miller, or Hancock will do enough to keep the M's in a game and win one of those starts?

I just don't see more than 1 out of the 5, but I can't tell you which is the most likely game to win.

Can you demote a player, in this case a pitcher, from the MLB level to the lowest level of minor leagues, rather than just from Seattle to Tacoma?

Because I don't ever want to hear about another Hancock start for as long as I live.

Yeah but he’s the second best starter they have currently.

4 consecutive wins with 3 quality starts before last night against a great offensive lineup. He'd given up a total of 9 runs in 4 starts in that stretch.

It was a bad start, but it's not like he should be thrown down to A ball for it.

Kirby's back soon (and Gilbert hopefully not long after), and Hancock will probably be competing for a rotation spot with Miller if he goes out and does okay in his next start, especially if Miller continues to be incapable of making it past 5 innings due to whatever undisclosed ailment he has going on.

I'm not happy about it, but it is what it is.
