Kenpom has them at 13

They've played like utter dog shit the last month or so but their resume to that point is what is driving the thing.

No doubt they likely would slide to an 8 at the moment based on recent history but the computers look at a whole.

The metrics are higher on OSU than that of their resume. Their resume isn't all that great. 5-7 against Q1/Q2 competition is more in line with a 9/10 seed than what their NET ranking would suggest at 19. Blowing teams out will help you in the metrics, but not with seeding/selection. OSU certainly wouldn't be a 5 seed if it started today.
