That was a bad call. The go ahead basket by Murphy was a pretty obvious push off that wasn’t called though so calls do even out.

Yeah that def coulda been called, like I said above he always does that shit.

But a clear as day initiation by the offense to seal the game is annoying as fuck.

At least both these shit teams had more possessions after murphy

That's fine, but you have to go sooner in the shot clock then. You could see him on the sidelines put up 7, signaling to start the play with 7 seconds left. It was poor clock management and an even worse design. Murphy is prone to doing that, so putting him in a straight line drive isn't going to end well. Post him up, honestly anything but that.

Nobody has gotten better from 2 years ago. I think Dupree may have gotten worse. Pitino hasn't won a tournament game yet. As a program, we've won one tournament game the last 2 decades. Lol. FML.

Nebraska is interesting to me. No great wins but wins over Seton Hall, Clemson , Creighton. , Indiana and Minnesota are all bottom of the bracket or first few out type wins. IF they can win the next 2 ( NW and at PSU ) they'll set themselves up to at least have a shot to play thenselves in with the brutal last 4 games they've got ( Purdue , Michigan , MSU, Iowa ). 18-13 and 8-12 would be really bubblicious

Pitino, much like Manning, didn't have much of a resume before Minnesota hired him

again, much like Manning, it was a high risk/high reward type of hire that doesn't appear to be working out

also, what's the deal with Chris Collins? I know Northwestern has zero basketball history, but it really looked like he had them on the upswing a few years ago. They were a disappointment last year and they are a bad basketball team this year.

I'd prefer Miles over Pitino. Nebraska is a much more difficult job IMO. Just look at some of the players Pitino has missed on since he took over. Tyus Jones, Tre Jones, Rashad Vaughn, Reid Travis, Sacar Amin, Theo John, Jericho Sims and I'm sure there are some other notables too. He's wasting a scholarship for four years to try and land the other Hurt brother and that's a pipe dream. He's just not only a bad in game coach, he's terrible at roster management.

Why does MD have to keep playing 6:30pm games in midweek?
Hardly anyone in the Big 10 has the major metropolitan area traffic issues like the DMV (DC-MD-VA).

The Big 10 Network wants to promote doubleheaders for content, but it simply doesnt work for MD.
It takes an hour just to move a few miles around the beltway during rush hour.
I am guessing there is not similar traffic issues in Lincoln, Iowa City, and all the other midwestern towns.

The BiG10 loves the 8 million viewers with insanely high wealth and disposable income in the DC market.
But, it looks like a bad product if the arena is half-filled until people finally get there after traffic hell.

Maryland should raise holy hell and demand this nonsense stop.
