Vacherin is only sold in the winter. It's an Alpine cheese from France that has to be made from summer milk (when the cows are eating fresh grass, not hay) for the flavor. It's not aged that long so yeah there's a season.

And it's fucking awesome.

Maybe when you come over here. Just looked it up and holy shit it's expensive in the US:

Vacherin Mont D'or | Murray's Cheese

It's also the Mont d'Or version from just over the border in Switzerland. The French kind is better, but it's made from raw (unpasteurized) milk, so it can't be sold in America.

I can get that for like $15 here.

I believe it helps us enormously if we come out strong tonight. Not according to Danielson though - he said the committee set the precedent last year and they need to stick with it. He believes Bama is one of the 4 best teams. Because you know Bama. He also said he realizes he can't step foot in Ohio again. Fuck that guy.
