I was looking at the Elias Sports Bureau page on ESPN.com a few minutes ago expecting to see something on the Mariners game last night. I found out that it's only the second time in team history that the Mariners have won a game in which they've fallen behind in the 15th inning or later. The first time was way back in 1991 when Peewee Briley won a game on a two-run homer in the 16th.

He's a bit monotone for me, but he really does offer a lot of insightful comments during the games. I like him a hell of a bit more than Dave Sims, that's for sure.

Nice win and a sweep of Detroit to repay the favor from June. They gain on everyone ahead of them in the WC race. Good stuff.

Team is playing solid everywhere.Bullpen is playing lights out, timely hitting unlike Ms team in the past, starting pitching is improving as year goes on. Why the fuck not us?

They are sucking me back in again. This team definately has holes but there is fight that we haven't seen in years past.

Add that to what might possibly be a rejuvenated Felix to go along with Kuma & Pax. Really only leaves LeBlanc and whoever we decide to throw out there as our 5th being in question. If this bullpen can continue on this pace, the bats remain clutch, and every once in awhile we get a solid outing out of our #4 & #5 starters this could get very interesting.
