before the game: Went to a restaurant near the Park. Something with an X. Maybe it was Lucky Strike, something like that
had cheeseburger slider, not worth the money
1st Inning:
Zito had issues with his early pitches. Stuff was high or in the dirt. After that first BB the boo birds were there, then the GIDP settled things down
Bottom for he 1st was great. Great hitting with RISP. Even after the 1st Inning everyone there knew we were on it
2nd Inning: Zito walks 2 guys in the 2nd was more signs of trouble. Fortunately he settled down
Bot 2nd was another great inning. Loved the Zito walk to get things going. Pagan raising up the BARISP . 7-0 lead we knew that this game was ours
3rd Inning: Before it started I start talking no hitter. That Dee Gordon hit looked more like an E5 but am fine with it being ruled a hit
Bot 5th:
Pablo with a deep shot, looked like it was gone for awhile, but it was great to se him swinging a hot bat again. Next was Hector, I would have bet money that was gone. Just missed it. For a 22 year old kid he looks great
8th Inning:
I really like Kontos, want to see him in higher pressure situations. Maybe give Casilla more off days. Romo gets a few Saves, Kontos gets the 7th and maybe the 8th at times
Overall: it was an excellent game. Offense was hot. Zito was very good, and the defense played well. Can't believe Ethier got upset over a 70 MPH Changeup hitting him

honestly, after like the third inning, it was one of the most boring games ive been to. watching the fights in the bleachers was more entertaining than the game. minus a few moments.
also listening to the guy in front of me yell at the two random phillies fans that showed up was great. even if one was like 7.

Let's see...I'm at 7-0 now after last nights game. Easily the most entertaining of the year that I've gone to. Great defense...that oppo shot by Posey...some good pitching though Vogy seemed to be off his command last night. That play by Cabrera was spectacular (I was in section 129 and it was a bit left of me) and the look on his face after was priceless!
Thinking of going to the Wednesday game...we'll see!
