Blanks has played some OF and they've considered using him out there. Maybe when MM comes back it could be an opportunity for him to get some ABs out there. Just a thought

I enjoyed hearing Fields being interviewed on the postgame show on the radio broadcast. He was really excited. Said he grew up playing catch in the backyard pretending he was Pudge.

I don't like that idea. I want guys playing every day. Not 4 utility players moving around. I think you gotta keep Blanks in the lineup till he's not hot anymore.

Fielder had kept his end of the bargain regardless of power or not. His RBI is only limited from lack of scoring opportunities. Beltre has come around like we knew he would. Choo was put in the leadoff spot and should stay there and is looking much better. If the rest of the team can chip in at times there is no reason we should not have a legitimate offense.

Just read this and it sure is encouraging, to put it mildly.
