Astros come to town. Hate to see Capt. Abreau in the wrong laundry but have every expectation that he will come out of his funk at the plate soon.

Managing one win against the mighty Royals keeps the White Sox one win above last place in the division.

It's ok...I was done in April my brother.

I don't see how we come out of this sh*tty position anytime soon boys...so now the expectation is at least a couple more rough years.

It sucks to be like the Marlins and just hope we hit lightning in a bottle with a group prospects every few seasons or else we're bottom dwellers...but it is what it is.

Eh well...I will, at minimum, be fooled again by this team in the next half decade.

I don't think the opponent matters much since our pitching is so bad...so Astros/Royals/Twins/A's...Who the f*ck ever...Just hope we play some of these teams while they're in a funk to sneak a few wins in so we don't end up a 50ish win team. I mean you could argue 50 vs 60 vs 70 is all the same sh*t...but man...If we had a win total in the 50s that would be BY FAR the most ridiculously underperforming team of my lifetime.

Luis Robert is on a 40-home run pace all of a sudden. Hahn probably looks at Robert and sees some can't miss class A prospects lined up for his next trade.

Honestly, I hope. Robert has never touched 15 HR's or 100 games played in a season. Much less these 40+ HR seasons that fans jerk themselves off to the idea of. If somebody still wants to buy big on that chronic headache's potential? At this point, it's for the best. IMO

If you still believe that this core group can get it together and make a run. Good for you. If you're correct, I would be thrilled. However, I'm tapped out. I would, sitting here now, rather have 2-3 20 to 22 year old nice looking prospects, than one 25 year old Luis Robert.

hard agreeing with someone as disagreeable as yourself .... but i totally agree. and you can also send moncada, and eloy with him. huge disappointments all with timmy not far behind!
