Lol Regent we all know this series is garbage and Uncharted has always been a better series. That being said lemme tell you to also pick up The Last Of Us it will win runner up to GTA V for game of the year. Assassins creed is a milked series mixed with a bs story and decent graphics compared to a game like Uncharted lol.

But love the work UbiSoft puts into the environments of it's games like AC and Prince of Persia series. Love the detail they put into getting the maps historically correct for cities like Rome and Venice. Beautiful stuff that makes it fun to play and just get lost in it all. Art factor is always off the charts.

I will agree with that the best art designers in gaming are The Legend Of Zelda team, Naughty Dog, and UbiSoft in my opinion. The art design in Assassins Creed has always been amazing.

I can understand from a pure gamer enthusiast level why some will get the PS4, but I've had an Xbox 360 for years and will probably get the Xbox 1 in early 2014 so I can still play the old games I've kept from time to time and use the Xbox live software for things like syncing with my home pc for mp3 playing though my home theater system, etc...

The PS4 is 100 dollars cheaper, but since Xbox has a bigger target market they will get a majority of the 3rd parties. The 3rd parties booked when PS3 came out at $600. The Xbox One at $499.99 is a big risk and while the PS4 is cheaper many 3rd parties were designing games for Xbox One and PS4 that's why it's such a tough decision for people, gone are the days where there are loyal 3rd party support like Square Enix. It comes down to first parties and how many more people will buy a certain console. Tough decision it was easier back in the day when Nintendo, Sega, and Sony all had there first parties that separated themselves but now its minor first parties like Naughty Dog or Bungie that make a difference in a purchase. All probably just be loyal and go with the PS4 because I like Sonys first parties more but I will say its a tough decision when all my friends are playing NBA 2k14 on Xbox 360 and I'm stuck most of the time by myself on PS3. I don't know if I should wait or what?

I doubt Im getting both but Ill probably get a PS4 and eventually upgrade my PC and be content with that. Im waiting about 3-6 months, though, just in case X1 has a massive launch or Sony messes up somewhere

I'm about 30% through the game and it's so damn fun. Once you get out of the first big town you arrive in ,Havana Harbor, get your ship, and start pirating, it's a blast.

LOL at earning the "Thug Life" award after I attacked, looted, and sunk a group of 5 British ships that had parked together to ride out a storm. That cracked me up.

I love this game. Game play is a blast when you're out at sea pirating like a beast.

I beat it last week. It was pretty badass.

Same here. Finished just this last week... Now I'm farting around trying to beat all of the legendary ships. Beat all but the southwest Spanish Man O' War. Takes a lot of damage to take that beast down!

My ship was almost fully modded when I tried all the legendary ships. All were fairly easy, but that was definitely the hardest of the 4. I think it took 4-5 times on that one.

I'm around 50%. I've spent countless hours out at sea just boarding ships then adding them to my fleet or sinking them. Currently working on getting the 5 Templar keys though.


As for the Legendary ships.... unfortunately, I ran in to one (Western side of the map)(northwest I believe) on accident. (ship was half modded at the time). Got RAPED and ran away like a little girl. Started taking down Naval's instead. Havent tried to take on any others since.

Was soooo pissed last night. FINALLY took down one of the Legendary ships (SW corner)...had my money up over 40k... decided to play the missions and advance the story.

3 missions in....I lost my boat and all my money. FUCK.

Granted, you get it all back after the next mission...but I did not know that at the time.
