MLB season is such a long marathon so I won't have a knee jerk reaction... BUT Q@#$^@# ... You want to set a better tone coming out, especially on opening weekend...

Hill throwing curveballs over and over, and the M's can do nothing. It's disturbing.

M's have struck out 10 times in 6 innings off of a guy throwing junk. He can stay in forever if he's throwing 75 mph the whole time.

Yeah, it is pretty sad that they couldn't get more balls in play off hill. He isn't doing anything special from my vantage on my couch.

Also, I gotta believe the Mariners won't be facing a lefty starter 4/5 games all year. Rangers and A's really stacked the staffs for the M's due to various reasons.

Outside the 2 games in Texas where we had HRS galore, we've been pathetic with risp....Hopefully that's not a trend again this year where it's HR or nothing
