It's ESPN. They are idiots when they do know what they are talking about. They either have no information and are making shit up or they get information and say something different to attract viewers and create controversy. No way is Orton not getting "any" first team snaps regardless of what these morons have been reporting. Orton was going to be the starter from the beginning of the week and the coaching staff knew it. They have created a lot of chatter here and elsewhere and we have all took the bait, though so they succeeded.

Tony Romo hasn't taken a whole lot of snaps with the 1st string offense due to his injury.

Kyle Orton hasn't taken any at all with the 1st string offense - only with the scout team.

So they're all just sitting around doing nothing in Dallas?
