krecji showed some last night out of position, 2 helpers.

played well.

Didn't see the game so I will take your word for it. However, it appears they have given up. Granted it just could be the are pissed off from losing so it looks like they have given up. They really need to step up their game if they want to make it in the play-offs and at this rate if they even do they will go out in the 1st round.

The Celtics have a better chance imo of getting into the play-offs and making it out of the first round (assuming both or either actually get in)

Is it just me, sure seems like the B's will make it in the playoffs. I am a little surprised, but OTT had a bit too much ground to make up.

Watching BOS against WAS last night though, the Bruins are no threat to anyone in the playoffs.

I wonder if a first round exit will be good enough to save Chia and Julien

Both teams have two tough games left. Hopefully they both win tonight and it comes down to Saturday.

Here's where the NHL fails: The Sens play at 12:30 Saturday and the B's at 7. Why not schedule all last-day games at the same time and hope for playoff races to be decided on it? Baseball is doing that now this year, and the EPL has done it forever and it has produced some exhilarating matches involving 2nd-6th last place teams. How awesome would it be to flip between Sens-Flyers and Bruins-Lightning and see who has the upper hand by the minute?

That and you avoid any '82 WC scenarios where two late teams know exactly what needs to happen to get in and play to that expectation.

Exactly right on both counts. As a Sens fan I hope they just get the bloody thing to overtime and let the Bruins do whatever they want.

Sens' two other meetings with Philly this year resulted in SO. Odds are in your favour.

I'm hoping the Flyers throw the game tomorrow(half kidding half serious) - that would be payback on Boston

Regarding the OP, I'm pretty sure the Boston Bruins are humans, not toast.

They look pretty good playing the crummy Ottawa Senators tonight.

/Actually, they have been pretty good for the last month or so.

To be fair they've feasted on the Sens who are a dumpster fire right now.
