unreal what ottowa is doing right now.
14-0-1 in their last 15, averaging like 5 goals a game.
If they are then that explains why Randy Carlyle couldn't handle them
I'd criticise this but with this group it actually seems to be true. Marchand and Lucic hold their rings over opponents as if they became permachamps after that.98.5 The Sports Hub

"It’s so sad that it’s going to take Stanley Cup-level desperation for the Bruins just to earn a playoff berth. But that’s what happens when you play as though you’re in an alternate reality where you’re still the defending Cup champions four years after you won it."

This is why I think the Bruins are still right in the thick of it.
The Sens (or anybody else for that matter) can't sustain that level of play in the NHL. I also think sadly that Andrew Hammond's bubble is gonna burst soon and Anderson better be ready when that time comes.
Spoken like a, well, a Leafs fan. Or Chicken Little.
Dude, your team is on a roll. They are ahead of Boston. Enjoy it and hope it continues. Dont get all Leaf-y on us now!
Whoa!! Let's not say things we can't take back here!!
I actually like Ottawa's chances but it's gonna be tough to maintain a good pace over the last 10 games, IMO. 7-3 is a lock but 6-4 probably gets it done too. That being said I don't think Boston is toast by any means. They're in trouble no doubt though.
They wont keep up that winning percentage but I am not so sure they will fall off all that much. They got hot at the right time so maybe they will keep the momentum? Crazier things have happened. This is why I think the Bruins are still right in the thick of it.
