was just played on the Fan 960 (Sports station in Calgary) - As most of you know, he's the second in command to Colin Campbell. I'm getting this info from Calgarypuck, so take it for what it is worth, but he essentially said the following:

They (the league) want to get hits like the one Staal delivered to Stajan last night out of the game, but they weren't going to fine or suspend Marc Staal.

I'm having trouble following the logic in the above statement...
