I give nova all the credit in the world. I also note Good Ole Boy Roy has lost another one when he's the favorite. He has to have the all time tourn record for losing to teams he's supposed to beat. All in all I'm just having a little fun knocking one of the most unlikeable , overrated coaches of my lifetime.

As The Q mentioned shit happens. I get what you are saying and believe me I love that UNC lost since I am a Duke fan but sometimes you just can't help but lose a game. A team just gets too hot at the right time. Nova just happened to cool down UNC

People forget this is is one and done. ANYTHING can happen.

The NCAA tourney would be about as boring as the NBA playoffs if it was even best 2 or 3.

Absolutely! Hell look at Mercer a few years ago against Duke... As painful as that was I believe it and it's possible

Exactly. Best 2 of 3 Duke probably (barring some type of disaster like Parker's knee exploding again) moves on.

Same with Mich St this year.

I gotta say, this was the most fun championship since 99. Which was, easily (before last night at least), the greatest title game ever played.

It had something like 10 pros on the floor, 1 pt game with under 10 seconds left...

and it also ended 77-74.
