The 49ers are down to three healthy receivers: Michael Crabtree, Ted Ginn and Kyle Williams.

Braylon Edwards underwent arthroscopic surgery after the Sept. 18 game against the Dallas Cowboys to repair torn cartilage in his right knee. He might be available to return to action Oct. 30 against the Cleveland Browns.

I think it depends on the type of fracture and where it's at in the foot. If it can heal without surgery, he might be able to come back.....that being said, I'm not an orthopedic expert, but I did stay at a Holiday Inn last night.

A fracture typically takes 4-6 weeks to heal. Given their facilities and level of rehab I'd lean towards a four week time frame. Then it's getting back into shape. Lucky we have te bye. Without being privey to his medical info I'd say Morgan should be back by the Ravens game.

I don't believe PUP is an option in-season.
