My friend, joined a bunch of formerly Amish dudes in this band awhile back.

We actually have 2 local VH tribute bands, this is the better one.

Another one we go and see a lot.

There’s one called Motel Cowboy that I like. Only bar band with a steel guitythat I’ve seen.

Wasn’t that long ago when Blackberry Smoke was the big shot local bar band, but they’ve went national since then.

That last band playing the DIO song is made up of 3 80's hair metal dudes.

Singer was in Tangier, Drummer and bass was in Britny Fox..or however the fuck you spell it.

Country is big in southern NJ.

I can listen to some of it, but some of this new crap they are calling country is indistinguishable from regular teenie bopper crap.

Nashville Country sucks donkey balls. I listen to Outlaw Country on SiriusXM for my Red Dirt/Americana/Alternative Country kick. They play anything from Jimmie Rodgers to punk rock.

They’re no Blues Traveler.

But yes, there are good bands where I am...

The underground scene is pretty great, though no longer patronized enough to call it thriving.

The tribute band thing is thriving, however. So pick your favorite piece of nostalgia, and there’s probably a band for it.
