Years ago I had one NJ (who was living w/me) try to keep me from leaving my own home. She kept trying to pick a fight (all up in my face). I would go for a door and she would run and block it. I'd turn to go out the back door and she'd run and block it. When I finally did get out it was without shoes. I walked and called the cops. They made her leave (let her call someone to pick her up) but would not issue a citation to her.

If the tables had been turned, I'd have gone to jail for domestic abuse.

The good news is I was done with NJ forever.
