Bo's headset is connected with Watson's.......there is no way that Watson was just chucking the ball at the end without Bo's permission. Not a chance in hell. Bo took the timeout at first to think about drawing something up for the hell of it, and then thought better of it.

Wasn't necessary with the amount of time........ and clock stopping for first downs...... I don't really recall but wasn't their like 20 seconds left when we took a knee?

We threw a deep pass with 20 seconds left, and then called a timeout as the clock went down to 10 seconds. And then after the timeout.........we kneeled......which is really weird

whether all or one of the coaches was involved it was bad judgment. There are some people and or teams that deserve what they get, but this man we played against yesterday is not one of them. Were not Oregon or Wisconsin

wisconsin puts up 70+ points this week, and we would have caught shit for a late touchdown to go up 27 - 3???
instead now were going to hear about how we were only able to put up 20 on em!

To be honest with you, I've never been one of those people who cares if someone wants to run up the score. The way I look at it is if you can't stop a score then get better at defense.

I think there is a fine line between running up the score though and just not being able to be stopped. Nebraska did a good thing by downing the ball there at the end of the game.

Now a team that just runs the football and can't be stopped.......that is when you can't help but run the score up. Like Nebraska vs Florida in the Fiesta Bowl........they just couldn't stop us. Hell we put in Jay Simms in the 4th quarter at tailback and he busted off a 40+ yarder all the way down to the 1 yard line where we took a knee.

That is just plain good football. I hate when teams try to chuck the ball around with just a few mins left purposely trying to tack on extra points.

I feel I should formally apologize to 4thandinches for my previous outburst. I overreacted and should not have said what I did. This forum is a great place for Husker fans and all to express there own opinion whether it is for or against my own. Ive been known to be wrong a time or two, and I can come up with some completely misguided claims and speculations.
