You're becoming unglued, crash.......
You're becoming unglued, crash.......
one word == Carson Palmer
What I don't understand is are they not busting out the film and showing him, 'on this "scramble" you have a guy going this direction who may only have a foot on his guy, but you HAVE to at least attempt the pass. It may end up an incompletion, but you have to at least give your receiver a chance to make a play. And if it gets intercepted one time or another, whoopdee damn doo. That's why we have one of the best defenses in the league.'
And it isn't just a matter of putting forth underwhelming performances in games: Sources say Dalton also routinely produces uneven efforts on the practice field and that coaches, rather than admonishing him to improve, tend to offer primarily positive reinforcement.
Depressing..... And totally believable.
Just saw that on another site...and yes. Totally fits in with the culture of this management group.
Just like they did with Ocho...they are going to blow smoke up Andy's ass and tell him how great he is, when in fact, there is much work to be done.
I'll defend Dalton here and say he's smart enough to know that he's not great despite what feedback he may be getting. I think part of his problem is that he is clearly pressing and playing with no confidence....that and his lack of talent.
