NFC East awards: Jay Gruden wins coach of the year in a walk

Not too tough of an award here given the fact that two of the coaches got axed and the remaining one (Garrett) is basically a yes-man for Jerrah. But Gruden deserves this award and did a lot of good this year. Sure improved on the sorry coaching he did last year. Let's hope he builds on this.

I'm also waiting for the NFC East Player Of The Year. I'd give it KC, but, hey, I'm a bit biased on that.

Good job especially since many folks were ready to run him out of town last season. If someone would have said at the beginning of the year that two NFC-E coaches would be canned & one would not be Gruden you would have said that they were crazy.

As for NFC-E POY - would love to see that go to Cousins, but Beckham is the more likely winner.

The award for POY will depend on what criteria the writers use. If it's something similar to MVP, I think Kirk wins it. But that's just me. I know for sure it ain't going to be Romo or Bradford.
