We have no chance. Just sayin'.
At least Marvin isn't coaching and Mike Brown isn't the owner anymore....
..... Wakes up.
Shit.
Meh, we may be down for a year, but then we get the chance to take a real QB.

Any how many of the top 10 Quarterbacks are under 30? We would be down way longer than that.
Wow. I was just coming on here to apologize for a possible kiss of death, when I called you guys to win the SB this year.
You seriously don't know how lucky you guys are. I'm not saying he's elite, but Dalton is more than capable to lead this offense... like he has been doing. You'd think a Bengals fan would be satisfied making the playoffs and having a shot year in year out. His weapons were completely destroyed last year. Exactly what did you expect him to do with Sanu being his only option? Yet he still led you to the playoffs in a tough division.
Gimme a break.
Watch some football for cripes sake.
We won't be replacing Andy Dalton. Just not gonna happen with this coach/front office. No matter how god awful he is.
They basically banished AJ McCarron to the netherworld because they're so afraid he might actually outperform him in a damn preseason game. I fully expect him to be cut. Can't have competition around here after all. Might upset the status quo of mediocrity.
Why? Because we sucked in the 90s? Shouldn't fans of all 32 teams want to win playoff games? Every team has the same salary cap. Every team plays under the same rules. Every team is owned by a white dude with tons of money.
And you think Andy Dalton is the reason you lose playoff games? Would you rather Matt freaking Cassel? Dalton was a top five QB two years ago. He had absolutely no help last year. And this (maybe I'm mistaken), wasn't Atkins out?
Just take a step back. We'll gladly take The Red fella off your hands. Then you can cheer for McCarron and be happy.
Yes..... It's him and it's Marvin. We don't play well in big games. Big games often come down to good quarterbacking and good coaching. You do the math.
As for Buffalo's situation..... I hear ya.... You guys are in purgatory. You have an excellent roster with a potentially dominant defense, and you can likely make the playoffs. Then you have to hope Matt Cassel wins the game - Probably not happening. The problem is that you're team will be too good to get a high draft pick, but not good enough to win a playoff game. Welcome to our world.
It's funny what happens when you don't have a quarterback. You find yourself hoping that Tyrod Taylor is your starter and that Zach Metternberger somehow makes it to your team.
Is it really this hard to train quarterbacks? Are there really only 12 guys that are capable of playing the position at any given season?
