there's varying levels, though some are signed at different times for different reasons on different markets.

as a sixers fan, they traded for butler and harris. if i had to keep one at the max I would hope they signed Leonard, that's just what it is. I hope the market for some gets lower, but who knows. but again, max is based on your years. Bron is getting max, conley is getting max, etc.. barnes is getting max, varying degrees an still representing different talent levels.
