I still don't get why people want to force others to think he's great - he hasn't shown any consistency in his career thus far. You can claim that there are extenuating circumstances, but the fact remains that he hasn't been what people want to think he is.

Since 2012 - he ranks low top 10 or lower in nearly every category (minnimum 672 attenpts):

Completions - 9th
Attempts - 6th
Comp % - 26th
Yards - 6th
YPA - 16th
TDs - 9th
TD% - 12th
INT - 9th
INT% - 10th
Rating - 15th
Sacked - 13th
Sack Y - 11th
ANY/A - 15th

He's been everything and more. Rodgers was fresh off the bench at the same point. We're you really expecting him to put up manning, brady, Rodgers numbers already? Those days are right in front of him. Prepare to get used to it.

He has thrown 12 interceptions in those games.
He has completed 147 out of 260 passes.

Therefore,
Luck will throw a pick every 21 passes
For every 12 passes caught by his team, 1 will be caught by the other team.

No, I'm not expecting it - but people are telling me I have already been seeing it when I haven't. My point is that its ok that at this point in his career that he isn't putting up Rodgers, Brady, Manning numbers yet. He has shown flashes of what he will become, but that doesn't mean I have to think that he's made it to that level yet.

I would love Luck to live up to his potential and be the guy everyone has thought he would be since the day he arrived at Stanford. The point I'm making isn't that he isn't ever going to be what people are claiming - it's that he hasn't quite gotten there yet. I fully expect him to be up there with Rodgers in the next year or two. I expect him to cut down on the inconsistent play and turnovers and become one of the standard bearers of the league. I expect his on field performance to match his talent. I just don't think it been there the last three years.

With Luck - it appears that you can't think that he's good and on his way to being great. People just flip out if you don't already have him in the conversation as a top 3 QB in the league.

No, but whichever of those teams Andrew Luck plays for wins the division every year. The Colts aren't really any better than the Jags or the Titans they just have Andrew Luck and the other teams don't.
