Perfect backup catcher to have around. Nothing flashy but his hitting is up this year. He has is moments at the plate, a team leader/captain. A guy who is never going to complain and always positive towards his teammates, dependable behind the plate and doesn't cost much.
Cardinals need to to decide what they wanna do with Wilsson and Herrera. Ideally, I think they would like to make Herrera their future and regret signing Wilsson. He still has a lot in that bat of his though to get a person excited. You can't keep all 3 of these guys and two of them are probably starting catches in the MLB for awhile. The other is the perfect backup.
