YOU didnt read it close enough. In order for this plan to work, the Skins would have to tag kirk and then trade his rights to the Browns along with the #13 pick.

When has Dan Snyder ever shown he learns from his mistakes when running this team?? Give it a few weeks, there will be a rather vocal portion of the fan base talking up Jackson. And i would be shocked if they decide to move on from Kirk, and we dont hear about how the Redskins are interested in Jackson.
