I have made an unofficial trade offer:

I give up Arian foster, tyler Eifert, and chris ivory

I get: andre Ellington, jordan cameron, and denarious moore

It is always odd giving up a number one draft pick for 2 waiver wires and a rookie...

Ellington is nice and all, but this is basically Foster for Cameron, which I would not consider.

Moore is more than servicable as a WR though...

true, but if it means you're starting Ellington every week, it's a big no-no for me.

This is really the only thing you need to really think about.

There hasn't been any single, or any combination of two, waiver pickups this year that could match Fosters value. And a TE doesn't balance it out either. This could be Foster alone for all three and a still say no.
Kinda odd there hasn't been a single every week starter bust out from the trash heap yet..

I wouldn't do that deal. What else does he have? If you are trying to unload Foster you can get way more IMO.

I just don't see how you can justify that move. Ellington will be good, but Arizona's offense isn't exaclty clicking on all cylinders and the Texans will be relying even more on the run now that Schaub has fallen apart. Also, it seems that the Ben Tate with equal touches experiment is over and Foster is the man. What do you have at tight end right now and what is available to get?

I wouldn't do it - Texans need Arian Foster right now

Piling on here, but also consider that a large portion of Cameron's production came with Hoyer at the helm.

In Weeden's 4 games, Cameron has been a good, not great option (about 70 yards/game and 1 TD total). You would be getting violated on this one.
