Allowing draft trades for ESPN keeper league

I'm having a real hard time finding out how to set up my ESPN keeper league to give us the option of trading future draft picks during the course of this season. Can anyone explain how i might be able to do that? Thx.

It should be under the draft date/time edit settings. I think.

For some reason it only lists Draft date, draft time, seconds per pick, and draft order and they all seem to be locked...
