AS for the current staff; I am not on the Pederson train, he hasn't proven anything, is too closely aligned with Reid and the feeling is he is here because others declined or were not interviewed.
Reich is a career nobody but I think he could fare well with the talent around him unless he is handcuffed by Pederson. Schwartz could be the missing link for the D provided he keeps his cool. DiFilippo will be a HC in the future so I view him strongly. Fipp is already proven but neither Lewis or Duce have proven anything to IMO perhaps with better leadership they can. Bradford doesn't want to be here IMO, wants too much money and isn't a Philly type player so he can leave the problem is who will replace him? Who is our QB of the future?
Drafting and free agency will give us a better take on where this team is headed.

I couldn't agree more. I'm 100% wait and see on this hire - but totally uninspired. Feels like a retread, and most of the posts celebrating it seem like pure Kool Aid, accepting what they cannot change - not being truly inspired, but hopeful.

Deano, I'm with you - I'm glad you brought up seeing Lurie in a positive light, because I like him too and think that when you sort through what he's saying and doing, I really believe he seems genuine and wants to bring the elements in place to win a championship, even though he may have an unusual way of doing things sometimes.

Everyone here is entitled to how they feel about this team, but it always seems to be one or two guys who want overstate their opinion and then insult others in the process of making their point. I don't really care if someone attacks me on mine, this is only a football forum, and I really enjoy following and contributing to the discussion here (and others in the past) because there are a lot of passionate, knowledgeable people on this forum who only want to see their team win, no matter who they hire or who's in charge. We may not all like what they do initially, but we learn to accept it only because at the end of the day, we want to see a winner, regardless of who's running shit. Nothing else matters.
