The Lions haven't had the really good type of talent surrounding Suh until this past yr. Slay got it together. Quin has been at the top as a FS the last 2 yrs. Levy has had two really good yrs. at OLB. Whitehead played extremely good for his 1st yr. starting. Digs played a helluva lot better than Delmas had the previous 2 yrs.. CJ Mosley held his own while Fairley was out for 8 weeks. Ansah is till better, right now than any weak side DE we've had in yrs.
Jones and George Johnson both have played very good. All the while Tully was out for 13 games and Tully lead this team in total tackle 2 yrs. straight.

Suh didn't have that good of talent around him in his 1st 3 yrs. like he has had the last 2 yrs.

You're selling this team short on talent and your Suh homerism is he's the be all end all. we don't know what it'll be like without Suh for at minimum 1 yr., maybe 2 yrs.

So if it comes out that the Lions did offer him the highest avg deal and most guaranteed money then what? Who is to blame? Not sure how you can continue to support the guy if both the things he wanted were offered to him and he still said no.
