No. You’re just a moron who can’t think. No one said BLAME THR VUCTIM you millennial trash.

the tackler did nothing wrong. He went low. He tackled at thigh level. And all tackles lead with the head.

the reason helmets hit is because the runner radically changed his position before. It happens.

A penalty and ejection for NOT DOING ANYTHING WRONG is not called for.

understand? Or do you need more point by point instruction?

It seems you watched a different play than everybody else.

By rule....When a ball carrier begins their slide is where the ball is spotted as down. The spot where their knee hits or they are touched by a defender does not matter. The ball is moved back to where the slide began. Therefore there is no reason to tackle them or levy a blow to them. Let alone with the crown of your helmet. In the first image the OU player has begun his slide, he is considered down, and the ball is to be spotted there. Roach is still 2 yds away from him and upright. i.e. Roach is not in the process of making a tackle at the thigh level as you allude. That rationalization is just stupid.
The OU player had slid another yard before Roach began his tackle movement and led with the crown of the helmet.

It was clearly targeting and you're a flaming idiot.

@ElTexan

Roach satisfied all three (3) parameters for that flag. Stop posting pictures that don't display any of them.

Lmao that wasn’t a slide. He was dancing around and fell. He slid later in the game.

Your FIRST pic literally shows roach already leaning in in his FINAL FOOT POSITION as the runner starts to sit himself down.

things happen in real time. You literally show the evidence for my point

This, not only is ya boy giving himself up, but Roach lead with the crown and took a shot at a defenseless player on the ground.

It's a slide by any definition but yours.

Two motions....Forward and down.

The ball is to be spotted where those actions began.

Roach did not take one extra step. he went at low thigh level. The runner threw himself down directly beforehand.

Penalties for this is ludicrous.

Nice out of context link. You just show him throwing himself down while roach is already in motion to tackle

You can be sure Herman is coaching this one in the film room.

"This is what you DON'T DO to a ball carrier that is voluntarily going down."

Thankfully, the victim here got really T.O.'d and he destroyed a hapless, pants-sharted Longhorn secondary for two more touchdowns afterward.

Roach will be okay; he'll sit the next 2 quarters and get drafted in a late-round after the season before his career selling insurance or Primerica to Texans.

As for the game, the Longhorns got embarrassed on a national stage as is traditional.

You make zero sense.

The ball carrier has Forward and Down motions two yds before contact. He is giving himself up.

Roach is NOT "thigh level with his head down" like you keep saying.

He is chest level with his head up.

ROACH IS ALREADY in his final foot position and already leaning in for an eventual thigh level tackle, which is what you want a defender to do.
Can you read? I’ve posted this a billion times now.

YOUR OWN PIC shows this. So, again, thanks

Roach is planting his right foot in order to get a more powerful launch at a defenseless player on his way down.

In frame 3 he is clearly launched and using the crown of his helmet as a weapon.

If Roach's head were already down in frame one, I could give him the benefit of the doubt.

However, it is not. He has clear eyesight of the ball carrier's sliding actions.

Roach was either making a thigh level tackle like he’s done a billion times before
OR
Yeah. Roach is planting a foot to deliver a super head Butt. Mmmhmmm. You’re clearly a genius.

No reason to launch at this point. None.

Are you a moron. Things happen in real time, not still frame. He is literally already in tackle motion. The other pics show that. There is literal photo evidence.

You've said multiple times that "Tackle motion = Head down at Thigh level".

He is neither in this frame, and the ball carrier is in his slide.

Die on the hill, donghorn.
