Because he didn't play for 2.6 seasons and came out and put up numbers that equate to 60 catches and 1k yards over a full season with a shit QB. Adding Smith makes all the receivers better and adding Barkley makes them a legit pkayoff caliber team. It's like the Cowboys adding Zeke and Dak except Cleveland has a better D than Dallas hadI still don't see how he was great on the field. Not to mention his catch percentage was the lowest of his career. Before you go blaming the qb, ask yourself when was the last time the Browns had a good qb. And number two his only great season he had three different starting qbs that season Jason Campbell, Brian Hoyer and Weeden.
Now as far as Coleman, he had 300 yards receiving this year. He was not good.
